See you this Weekend

The wait is almost over. Tomorrow morning 10am Urban Art 2026 opens its railings and welcomes visitors for two days of creativity, discovery and community spirit in the heart of Brixton.

Over the coming weekend, Josephine Avenue will become home to more than 120 artists exhibiting an extraordinary range of original work. From painting and photography to printmaking and mixed media, the exhibition will offer something for every taste and every level of interest in art.

One of the unique features of Urban Art is the opportunity to meet artists directly. Every exhibitor is present throughout the event, giving visitors the chance to learn more about the stories, inspirations and techniques behind the work on display.

The event has become a highlight of Brixton’s cultural calendar because it offers much more than an exhibition. It creates opportunities for conversation, discovery and connection. Friends meet, families explore together and artists engage directly with audiences in a relaxed outdoor environment.

If you have visited before, we look forward to welcoming you back. If this will be your first Urban Art, there has never been a better time to discover what makes the event so special.

We hope to see you there.
