This Summer, Brixton’s Josephine Avenue will again become the vibrant backdrop for Urban Art 2025, a dynamic street art fair dedicated to showcasing the talents of local artists and fostering community engagement. Taking place over the weekend 5th and 6th July, the event aims to celebrate the rich cultural diversity and creative spirit that Brixton is known for.

The event offers a platform for emerging and established artists to display their work, from mixed media to painting, photography to print making. Visitors can meet the creators face to face, hunt out some exclusive pieces created specifically for the event and discover the creative processes involved. The fair also features local food vendors and school painting exhibition making it a lively gathering for all ages.

More than just an art exhibition, the event emphasizes community involvement, encouraging dialogue about urban culture, social issues, and artistic expression. By supporting local artists and their work, the fair aims to invigorate Brixton’s vibrant street art scene and strengthen community bonds.

Join us in Brixton to experience the creative energy of Urban Art 2025 – a celebration of local talent and community spirit that will leave a colorful mark on the streets of South London.
